got 1 hour free time before going to work in a hot saturday afternoonchoose this cafe as it's conviently located with lots of empty seats while the nearby cafe are all quite full (maybe that's a hint retrospectively speaking ??)we were seated right away and ordered 2 drinks and 2 dessertsthe waiter reminded us the pear crumble need to wait 13 minutes and that sounded fine with usthe 2 drinks came quickly: the lemon squash was super sour (obviously full of vitamin c) and the hot chocolate tasted

the 2 drinks came quickly: the lemon squash was super sour (obviously full of vitamin c) and the hot chocolate tasted alright
but then we witnessed a big rubbish bin pulled through the main entrance, along the floor right next to our table into the back near the kitchen and right back by the same route out of the main entrance full of trash 5 minutes later... not a comfortable sight to see indeed...
Then when I asked for a glass of tap water to take my medicine, the waitress answered there is no tap water available and offered sparkling or non sparkling bottle water that I can buy from them....
after waiting for 40 minutes, we started asking for the progress of the desserts. A waitress came and went without any answer back. Another 10 minutes passed (a total of 50 minutes) before the desserts came eventually. The pear crumble was far too sweet while the affogato was truely a mess, worthless to mention...
As to conclude, it's not a pleasant nor an enjoyable experience at all and both the service and food quality are not a match to the price. disappointed indeed...
