Due to recent work I have to wander around Central often. In such a competitive street of Soho for middle-high range restaurants, Bistronomique keeps its low profile among the sea of competitors. This restaurant decoration is at its lowest profile ---- very neat and simple white lit dimly. Not easy to spot from among the street full of restaurants with outstanding signs and colors. Unlike other restaurants in this districts who they are owned by foreigners, Bistronomique is run by a Hongkonger.

It's pretty interesting as the foods and drinks I had were all related to Marsaille and Provence, France, but the owner is a local. He/she must be a very well-travelled sophosticated individual.
Hotly served wheat bread. Asked them to serve us more.
