Chorizo Paella with Fried Chicken
Somewhat similar to Paella Valenciana. The chewy and slightly sticky rice had absorbed the flavors of the broth. Tender chicken leg meat.
Pan-fried USA Strip Loin Steak
Served with lots of crispy fries. Requested the steak to be medium rare. The steak was finely seasoned and had a firm texture with a little fat on the side.
