There was once a time when I was in Elements everyday. I haven't visited Elements for months. There were quite some changes and we picked this restaurant for our lunch today.Atmosphere was very much like an actual izakaya despite it was in the day (it was dim inside, but up to the point where I still took decent pics with my phone & no edits)I love donburis so much and negitori don (minced toro & spring onion) is my favorite (best if along with ikura &a uni)!Therefore I ordered the minced toro &

I love donburis so much and negitori don (minced toro & spring onion) is my favorite (best if along with ikura &a uni)!
Therefore I ordered the minced toro & spring onion don while my friend ordered the grilled eel don.
The salad came quickly, it was fresh and simple.
I like negitoro don no matter how fancy or simple it is. I loved this one although I would like that it more flavourful (with spring onion or sesame perhaps?) anyway I added adequate amount of wasabi and soy sauce and enjoyed it much.

The grilled eel don was good. I'm not a big fan of it usually but my friend likes it a lot and I have to agree on that after tasting it.
