I believe every one of you has known this place if you are living in Hong Kong. The prawn has been re-opened for quite some time now and I came here for around 5 times but today me and my friend came for a nicer lunch with nicer food and nicer enviornment. The seafood flavour was overwhelmingly good with a strong seafood taste to it. The creamy soup was so rich that the prawn oil was literally floating on the surface. The mixed herbs were also used to season the delicate soup. The complex flavour was really hard to describe yet worked together.

The salmon slices were fatty and fresh in taste. The citrus from the pomelo cure the salmon and the vanilla dressing lighten everything up . Meanwhile, the herbs gave a hint of grassy refreshing vibe to this complex dish.

My friend ordered this duck breast with croquette dish which was served with a foam and some green sauce at the bottom. I didn't try it at all since it was just not appropriate on that day but my friend said it was good!

Their burger was nicely done with a flavour beef patty in bewteen two piece of fluffy warm butter brioche bun. Alongside, there was crispy duck fat fries. Every piece of ingredient was freshly made and was prepared with heart. We had such a scrumptious lunch and it is now time to hit the gym to burn that off!
