Had lunch with colleagues. Ordered the set lunch, Kobe Beef with sticky rice, salad. The sirloin beef was already sliced when served, meat was cold and tough...out of the 7 slices, spitted out 3 pcs as they were too tough to chew, left 2 pcs. Called the manager to complain about the quality of food and he retorted “what do you want me to do?” - duhhh is this how a staff should respond let alone the manager! We got the bill and they didn’t take it off...will never go back there again! What a rip-
