Pizzas are made by hand judging from it’s looks, its crust is thin yet doughy on the edge. NDUJA is slightly spicy, feel free to ask for extra chilli flakes if you are a spicy food lover, but do beware because it is real spicy. They used quail eggs for Carbonara, so everyone can enjoy their runny egg yolks without having to break it apart before having a bite.
