we ordered a mango cake for my grandpa's birthday this year. we chose it out of their photo book because it looked like it was heaped with a large amount of amount on the top and the inside.we originally thought it was a cream sponge with both mangos on the inside layer and on top, however unfortunately the mango in the middle layer only surrounded the edge and hence that inside was mainly just cream. however, all in all the sponge was pretty soft and the mango was really fresh
