夏威夷果仁芒果芝士蛋糕While it was commendable that there were lots of macadamia nuts, it was appalling how bad their quality was. They did not taste the least bit like macadamia, and I felt like the cake was just embedded with lots of crunchy, tasteless bits meant for enhancing the texture and nothing more. The taste of the cheese was similarly poor – I could hardly taste it. Moreover, the cake was extremely soft and mushy, rather like mousse. Perhaps it should be better called mango mousse cake with
