This PHD is simply the worst that I have ever visited among all other PHD outlets(even worse than the one in Siu Sai Wan). Understood no seating is available, their staff lack of hygiene concept, lousy environment and most important of all, their staff are impatient and rude. Absolutely no reason to patron again unless you're a masochism.
