Having several locations such as Harbour City in TST and Times Square in CWB, this might be the most convenient chain that serves quality matcha soft serve in town. Comparing this with the previous two, Cha Cha's soft serve has a just right sweetness, and a more dominant matcha kick, though its flavor has a stronger strike to the milk side, giving a relatively milky and creamy product. Texture-wise it is luscious and more on the thick side. Some like theirs to be light and icy, some like theirs
