I took some time figuring out what I wanted to get, as the options on the menu were all so attractive!!! I ended up getting this drunk chicken to go with the noodles in medicinal broth.

The medicinal broth was absolutely delicious! It also had a wine flavor due to the drunk chicken. I can’t help myself but drank so much broth either on its own or when I was slurping the noodles.

The chicken and black fungus were superb too! Chicken pieces were tender and meaty, I even got a chicken leg! Yet, I couldn’t taste the wine in them, maybe the wine was all gone to the broth. The fungus was thoroughly cooked and soft to eat.

My only complain was that the noodles were too hard to eat…My order was served in a few minutes after ordering. Even though there was no customer in the restaurant when I visited, the speed of preparing this dish was too quick…And I could see why the noodles were undercooked and so hard. I guess it would be better when there are more customers? The chef might take his/her time to cook the noodles?
