Wanted to like it and been meaning to try for a while since it was in the Michelin guide. It was HKD90 for a kimbap which I thought was a little expensive given my normal kimbap takeaway in Tin Hau costs about HKD50. I ordered the egg and beef combo as never tried egg instead of rice but felt it didn’t go quite well as a combo. Each bite had a more sour note compared to the normal hints of sesame oil in a traditional kimbap. Maybe it was the pickled onion? Not sure I’d visit again.
