MIC Kitchen 系一间有米芝莲既餐厅, 而我都系为入面既大魔Alvin既整份子料理而黎既 先讲location, 好特别地, 竟然会选择观塘, 而唔系其他比较旺既地区, 仲要唔系系mall 入面, 系出面一个commercial building 既地下, 我之前经常会黎呢到开会, 但真系冇留意到呢到有间咁出够既餐厅 ! 其实地方唔算难揾, 反而唔系旺区, 晚上比较安静同舒服 !我地今次一行4人, 尽量都选择唔同既菜色, 咁大家都可以试下唔同既口味头盘方面, 我地今次叫左 Oyster : Trio, Kimchi, Seaweed, Uni, IceOctopus : Pine Nuts, "Dan Dan", Squid Ink Cracker, Chili Threads, Black GarlicFoie Gras : Abby's Wine Sauce, Pickled Beetroot, "Chiang Kang" Pickled Baby Onion, Charred Corn, Miso Soft Sell Crab : "Thai" Style Slaw

头盘方面, 我地今次叫左
Oyster : Trio, Kimchi, Seaweed, Uni, Ice
Octopus : Pine Nuts, "Dan Dan", Squid Ink Cracker, Chili Threads, Black Garlic
Foie Gras : Abby's Wine Sauce, Pickled Beetroot, "Chiang Kang" Pickled Baby Onion, Charred Corn, Miso
Soft Sell Crab : "Thai" Style Slaw 呢个appetizer 最special 系最后加上ice, 令到上碟时有烟, 好似成个dessert 咁 ! 但uni味道唔系好重, oyster 有一件到, 份量比较小... Soft Sell Crab : "Thai" Style Slaw, 呢个成个都系一个thai food , 都有点spicy ! 但味道好开胃, 软壳蟹好香脆 Foie Gras : Abby's Wine Sauce, Pickled Beetroot, "Chiang Kang" Pickled Baby Onion, Charred Corn, Miso
呢个foie gras竟然比较多, 估唔到会有咁大年鹅肝, 煎得岩岩好, 好香好好味 ! Octopus : Pine Nuts, "Dan Dan", Squid Ink Cracker, Chili Threads, Black Garlic 跟住食main course 前, 我地另外再order 左呢个份子料理 - 小龙包
真系好小..好细粒, 竟然已经有唒小龙包既所有精华咁, 仲加埋醋tim
waiter 介绍我地要一口食, 如果唔系会爆出黎, 口感好"特别" 原来份子料理系咁架?
有唒成个小龙包应该要有既味道, 可惜, 就系差紧口感...好似饮左一啖小龙包汤咁...
到main course 我地分别叫左
Red Prawn : Handmade Noodles, "Har Mi"
Lamb : Rack, Harissa, Peanut, Mustard, Purple Carrot, Lotus Bulb
Saga Gyu : A3, Black Truffle "Loh Bak Gou"
Sea Bass : Squash, Pesto, Turnips, "Yunan Ham" 好先先讲下呢到最出名既Har Mi
有一只大大虾,咬落啖啖肉而且非常鲜甜 面条系比粗身,直接吃已有很浓的虾味,还附有一樽虾油,可以随意添加,几特别 ! Saga Gyu : A3, Black Truffle "Loh Bak Gou"
好细件....真系好好好细件, 系用slow cook method 去煮的, 本身用既系靓牛肉, 当然好食啦 Lamb : Rack, Harissa, Peanut, Mustard, Purple Carrot, Lotus Bulb, 又估唔到, 呢个份量系最多既...
食呢个就会够饱...其他我唔敢讲 羊完全冇"so"味, 肉质好tender ! 呢个羊架真系做得好出色 Sea Bass : Squash, Pesto, Turnips, "Yunan Ham"
最后dessert, 叫左
Cucumber : Fraiche, Mint, Lemon, Shiso, Honey
Strawberry : "Chrysanthemum" Sorbet, Spruce Essence, Rice Wine Vinegar, White Chocolate,
Peppercorn, Strawberry
Peanut butter : Espresso, Toast, Chocolate, Banana, Sour Cherry
Rum baba : Passionfruit, Sugar Cane, Gula Melaka 甜品都系比较偏甜 ! 除左cucumber 呢一道, 真实上系冇任何青瓜系个甜品到, 但食落去正正就系青瓜味,
好清新, 好特别 !
Overall, 我谂我食过一次就够啦, 虽然set 系$4xx, 但平均每一样野, 由appetizer 到dessert 都系要加钱...
实在有点过份贵....虽然食物有惊喜, 但价钱同地点又有一点不相对, 所以...真系试一次就够了
