Passed by Tsuta Ramen on a rainy day and pop nside the store as the queue is short. Curious by the Michelin Star slogan outside the store, we ordered the 盐味拉面 and 味增汤拉面. Personally highly recommend 盐味拉面； the soup is very clear but the taste is complicated. I was surprised by the way of matching of the mint leaves and truffle. Pork dice is also a good choice especially for fatty meat lover like me.
