Visited CIAK a few times since it's opening so this is a summary of my several dinning experiences. Food was mostly delicious but not quite sure if it's up to Michelin's standard. This pizza was terrific! The crust had the perfect consistency and the mozzarella cheese was sooo good🤤 make sure you order this!!
Prosciutto and Formaggi 🍕($240)
Topped with parma ham, gorgonzola, taleggio cheese and mozzarella, the pizza had a nice crust and consistency 😋The ham was outstanding but they were so generous with the portion, making the pizza a tad salty.
The Michelin starred restaurant also serves homemade pasta.
Tagliatelle | Prime beef and mortadella ham meatballs in tomato sauce🐮($220)
The tagliatelle pasta was so nice in texture but the tomato sauce was really blend. You'd expect some flavours from the prime beef meatballs but hmmm they also lacked seasonings.
But on a side note, the tagliolini in carbonara sauce ($190) was a good choice.
