啲间餐厅都bookmarked 咗一段时间,佢哋又今年啱啱攞咗米芝莲一星,决定同朋友庆祝生日试吓。我哋大概一个星期前book都book倒,不过得返第二轮,食8:30pm。餐厅以简单色调为主,大概坐到二十人倒,枱与枱之间会有啲近。佢哋既menu以appetisers 为主,店员建议我哋可以嗌三至五样嘢share。Sicilian red prawns with burrata and piquillo peppers: 啲虾好鲜甜同burrata 出奇地夹Pork sausage stuffed in whelks: 呢个系用啲辣肠同海螺捞埋整成meatball,然后摆返入个螺度上碟。口感都几得意,不过好似唔系好食倒有螺肉😆Wagyu short rib roast beef with potato, lettuce, garlic confit: 呢个整得好好食,啲肉好入味。啲薯仔系另外嘅灵魂之一,全因佢吸晒啲肉汁Pigeons with figs: 呢个份量都几大,啲乳鸽整得好tender,好入味,推介👍🏻整体食物质素同服务都几好。系个系中环唔错嘅选择。
