Minced Pork Rice and Taiwanese Bun

I walked pass Noodle Joy a few times before and was always attracted by its nice LED sign. It seems that Noodle Joy is run by a few Taiwanese people, all the staff are very polite and friendly, which gives me a very welcoming feeling and makes my dining experience really enjoyable.To start with, I tried out their signature Minced Pork Rice.  To start with, I tried out their signature Minced Pork Rice. Some say that if you wanna see if a Taiwanese restaurant is good, try their minced pork rice. I guess Noodle Joy is a good one in this case, as the minced pork rice they make is really gorgeous. The fat in the minced pork is right to the point, and the amount of sauce is just right to mix well with the rice and meat. The rice is kinda like Japanese rice, which is rounder and delicious.

 I also got a Taiwanese bun. It’s made fresh upon ordering, so it did take a bit of time for preparation. The bread is so fluffy! Love it! And the pork belly inside is super delicious indeed! Another must try of Noodle Joy!
