After the media reported this vegetarian Hainan chicken, I have always wanted to try it.They serve it in Central and the TST branch but the presentation is slightly better in TST because it is served on a plate.It is quite smart how they used beancurd skin and beanthread sheets stuck together to mimic the chicken skins elasticity and the tofu sausage to mimic the chicken meat while the smaller pieces beneath are plant based chicken.Well, it did taste like chicken but I think TST is a better.
