Baked oysters with port wine and honey to start off! Delicious! The freshness of the oyster was brought out so much, and wine and honey added a dash of sweetness. Perfect!Stir fried beef cubes with okra was nice too. Beef was tender and tasty.That was one of my favourites of the evening! I love big prawns cooked this way, in different styles. This time it's tossed into mango puree, and salty egg yolk. Both flavors went so well with the prawns! I loved the salty egg yolk one so much, so tasty!! W
