US Prime Beef - It is a prefect medium rare, which I love. It is a beautiful piece of beef you can see, but somehow the taste is kinda blend. I feels like something is missing , but I have no words for it . You try it and let me know .

Yellowtail Collar - My friend ordered this . He said it's good. LOL... I am not a big fan of fish collar . So I didn't try .
I have been here for a million times, but I am still in love with it . Bellissimo.
题外话/补充资料：
There are some new Chinese waiters who don't speak cantonese and not very good English, which feels inconvenient considering in a five-star hotel .
