First time having this dish. Brilliant orange color, right thickness of the skin, boiling hot broth which is lightly spicy yet balanced by sweetness with a succulent filling made this delish.

Always had 水煮 fish and beef but a stew this time! While as expected, bold ingredients like pig intestines & duck blood went well with the strong spicy pot.
