Anyway, tried Cafe Terceira which appears in their teething stages.
Ordered the signature suckling pig bun which comes with piri piri sauce.
The suckling pig was spot on as it crispy and tender but the sauce didn't look like piri piri sauce and it is totally different from official pictures on facebook.
It was definitely a modern interpretation of the Macau style Pork Chop bun as the crispy bun had some sort of sweet creamy sauce on it as well as butter!
Also tried the platter which had modern twists to it like the Bacahal fish balls stuffed with American yellow processed cheese! The cheese toasts were fancy with a HK twist as it wasn't cheesy with some sort of creamy sauce and truffle.
NICE!! The trotters in vinegar were rather springy, very different to the soft ones at sam jaan dung.
Fun and different to eat though! On the platter, there was this red sauce which I suspect is the real piri piri sauce because it was nice and spicy but with a HK style sweet twist to it.
Overall, I like the way they have interpreted the dishes, Hong Kongers will love it!
