To be honest, HK doesn't serve much good pho but the pho scene is improving as a few good ones have come up.I am glad to say that I like this so I hope they can keep it consistent. The menu has a nice variety especially the drinks. There were so many drinks that were tempting: avocado smoothie, Vietnamese drip coffee, coconut coffee smoothie and the pickled plum.As I have tried many avocado smoothies before, I decided to try the other drinks. The drip coffee was really good and the ratio of conden

The menu has a nice variety especially the drinks.
There were so many drinks that were tempting: avocado smoothie, Vietnamese drip coffee, coconut coffee smoothie and the pickled plum.
As I have tried many avocado smoothies before, I decided to try the other drinks.
The drip coffee was really good and the ratio of condensed milk and coffee had a a good balance so I loved it.
The coconut coffee smoothie is another cooling drink.
A good treat on a hot day which you drink slowly as it gets slushy.
It was hard deciding on the salty plum or the salted lemon but they said the plum was a cherry colour so I tried it because it was different.
I was so glad I tried this because it was very different yet punchy in taste.
The plum was almost lipstick red which is so different to those brown/green ones you find in Japanese wines. Started on the chicken wings which were surprisingly moreish.
To be honest, I didn't have any expectations as I was expecting lemongrass but they were spicy and the caramelized onions on top did wonders. The avocado rolls were creamy but the wrap was a little chewy that night.
The star of the show [Monster Pho] did not disappoint, not the best but almost the best.
I loved the light and clear soup which I couldn't stop drinking, the pho was silky but not elastic.
Overall, most of the dishes impressed me so I hope to come back again in the future.
