Steak Bar (已結業)

it's one of those places where you walk past many times but never tried. I always thought it was a very small restaurant, not realizing they have an entire upstairs floor. a lot of lunch set options are available. I tried the prime flat iron steak - omg so juicy and soft! and a huge portion for value. the rice also had a nice seaweed topping on top. would definitely go back!
