I discovered this place when I happened to be in the mall shopping for some clothes. Environment & Hygiene:This bakery is located in the supermarket. I like that the bread is well covered since it faces outward into the mall. Service:Staff were friendly, but their chit chatting kept me waiting. Taste & Value:
Since there were a lot of unique creations, it took me a while to decide which to try. Finally, I decided to get a Shoyu Cheese Bread ($15). I thought the use of shoyu was interesting. The dough was nice, and the sweet soy sauce was actually okay with the cheese; not bad. However, I prefered my other choice more- the Cocoa Bun ($15). The dough was very soft. The bread was sweet, but not overly. The sweet crumbs on top gave it even more flavour and texture. I really liked it.
Final Verdict:I'm glad I discoverd this place. I can't wait to try their other buns.
