Mushroom and sweetcorn soup:
I quite liked the soup because the sweetcorn pieces were tender, natrually sweet and crisp and the pieces of mushroom were chopped into really fine pieces giving it mushroom taste.The taste of the soup was rather weak and relied heavily on the sweetcorns and mushroom, perhaps this was why I was able to taste the sweetcorn and mushrooms clearly.
