I come here when I have cravings for 牛坑腩, it’s been awhile since I’ve come here as I’ve been away from HK. And on this day I had cravings for beef brisket noodles. When walking in I ordered the same thing I always order 牛坑腩河粉. When the bowl of noodles came I almost forgot to take a photo before digging in but I stopped just in time. The brisket is so so soft and rice noodles complement the beef so well and on top of that the soup has depth and flavour. My craving was satisfied to the max. Simple
