Although we were super hungry, we just couldn’t resist taking countless pics of this aesthetically-pleasing dish against the leafy backdrop. A stunning composition of edible flowers and colorful fruits (i.e. figs, blueberries, red pomegranate seeds), the contrast of the cold earl gray gelato to the hot puffy French toast was just heavenly.

The pistachio flavor stood out over the avocado while the crunchy nuts added some texture to the smooth mild-tasting drink. Not super thirst-quenching, but certainly a healthy choice.
