The caterpillar fungus soup and dumplings were served separately. Dipping some black vinegar, pickled radish and chili sauce made the dumplings more flavorful. Each piece was neatly wrapped with a balanced meat to veggies ratio.

The pan-fried dumplings were a standout. Served piping hot. Extremely crunchy wrapper and juicy fillings. Chicken wings came in big pieces. Big portion of blanched lettuce with soy sauce.
