Nothing is better to wake up early for brunch. We have decided to pay our visit to Urban Coffee Roaster. It's their third stores that offer slightly different from other branches, more western brunching options. I love their cozy settings & atmosphere a lot. Let's back to the food & drinks.
We've ordered the Chicken breast, avocado, quinoa salad $98 & Bacon & halloumi cheese eggs Benny $88. To be honest, I pretty liked the eggs benny with the charcoal breads, it got a strong hint of sesame flavor with the crispy exterior.

The halloumi cheese wasn't too buttery or creamy, perfectly overwhelms the flavor of poached eggs and salty bacons beneath it. It was satisfying.

On the other side, the quinoa salad seems to be too healthy to me haha, indeed tasted very refreshing, but the chicken breasts were a bit dry out.

For the drinks, I'll definitely recommend the Iced sweet potato latte $43, it was not a fake artificial taste.

This is what I imagine it would taste like, subtle & a natural sweetness flavoured by sweet potatoes. I absolutely in loved with it. For Hot matcha latte $39, it wasn't too bitter and not bad.
