Whenever I think of eating ice-cream, always 麻布茶房/ hagendaze which came into my mind. Today,at TST, it would a good choice to eat in harbor city's 麻布茶房for its good view.ordered black seasame parfeit. The overall quality was good, not excellent. Presentation was good. Taste, of couse, was not comparable with hagendaze.service was fair, seems it was under-staffed. Anyway, it was a good place to rest after shopping. Also a good place to chat.
