It is a great way to try a variety of Thai-inspired dishes., such as tom yum goong spring rolls, crispy chicken skewers with spicy egg yolk sauce-
There are also some sweet treats, such as coffee jelly Thai tea mousse cups, New York cheesecake, and matcha roll cake.
The crispy chicken skewers with spicy egg yolk sauce were my favorite.
The sauce was flavorful and spicy.-
The parma ham and cheese sandwiches were simple but delicious.
-The sweet tweets were another fun and unique dessert.
The coffee jelly was bitter and sweet where the Thai tea mousse was light and airy.-
The New York cheesecake was a classic~
It was rich and creamyThe matcha roll cake was light and fluffy, and the cream filling was sweet and creamy.
The white chocolate raspberry macarons were a perfect ending.
They were sweet and tart, with a perfect chewy texture.-
Don't forget the original English scones
They were warm and fluffy served with clotted cream and jam., and the perfect accompaniment to the dried dragon eye- tea.-
The mango yogout drinks and dried dragon eye tea mark the prefect ending/
