Each piece is perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of spice to keep your taste buds intrigued without overwhelming them. The 大尊 (Da Zun) is an excellent all-in-one option, offering a satisfying mix of ingredients: pig skin (猪皮), which is wonderfully chewy; pig's blood (猪红), which adds a rich, unique flavor; fish balls (鱼蛋), which are plump and juicy; radish (萝卜), which is exceptionally sweet; and greens (菜), which balance the dish with a fresh crunch.
