I go there almost 2-3 times a week. No wonder this franchise is so popular in HK. It’s economics(cheap), fast(efficient), hot(everything they bring out the noodles hot) and tasty(most of the time)I cannot eat very spicy food, but my frequent order is always 鸡肉墨鱼10小辣. $37 it’s a bargain! It’s got loads of chicken, 4 squid balls, bean sprouts, chives and enough noodles to fill me up. I often go there around 4-4:30pm and sometimes their soup base is less flavourful. Maybe if they used up the soup base earlier, they would give me the shorter cooking time soup base... this is the only complain that I have. All in all, it’s still my favourite noodle shop!
