We were lucky enough to grab the last vacant table before the queue started. By the time we left, the queue was really long. Overall, both shaved ice was really soft though you would have to take your pics quickly. Kyoto Uji Kin Toki was really rich without being bitter. The red bean was also in the middle of the shaved iced so the flavors were well balanced throughout the whole dessert.Strawberry Special was also another surprise. Strawberry Special was also another surprise. They put the panna cotta in the middle of the shaved ice so you have contrast of textures when you reach the middle. I felt it could be a bit more tarty but it was still great nonetheless.
