Today I had ordered the A5 Wagyu chef special cuts for tonight, it comes with a total of 10 different cuts, of the best option of the night ! As part of their serving, they will show you exactly which cuts is served on a piece of paper for you to know exactly what you are eating !
My favorite cut is their tenderloin, it was a little oily and melt in your mouth and the meat was tender ! The oil retained in the meat perfectly ! And your still feel the beef oil aroma in your mouth after awhile ! Whereas the ox tongue was a little hard, which normally its not like this !
