the food was pretty good, the noodles and the soup base was better than most of the japanese noodle shop in hong kong. one can tell that the owner has his heart in the business. unfortunately, we were seated by the counter so we had a good observation at the kitchen. the kitchen was managed by a group of kids who have no sense in what make a good bowl of noodle, and they dont really care. this is strongly reflected by the soaked seaweed in the noodle....
