Worst restaurant experience ever!We went with a out of country guest and my two kids. There is no offer on drinks after 10 minutes. When we asked the server to get us some water and order a ramen to start for the kids, she stared at us and left. We have to chase down another server for service.There were rice on the table when we first go there. It doesn’t look like the table was wipe properly. The grill was not clean properly. We went with a out of country guest and my two kids. There is no offer on drinks after 10 minutes. When we asked the server to get us some water and order a ramen to start for the kids, she stared at us and left. We have to chase down another server for service.
There were rice on the table when we first go there. It doesn’t look like the table was wipe properly. The grill was not clean properly.
We ordered two plain rice to go with the bbq. The rice didn’t come before the meat. We asked the server to follow up but she just nod and left to clean another table. We asked to cancel the rice because we already finished all the meat. Then they tried to push the rice on us. The meat is not in good quality at all, and their cut is very uneven.
None of servers were acknowledged or friendly. I would not recommended anyone trying to host or go with kids. Best off to save the money for a place with better experience.
