Came here for family dinner. Order the most expensive omakase and 1. waited a long time for every dish2. most expensive set ordered but was told that as we have 3 different kind of sashimi, this set only serve 5 tempura including a dessert tempura,instead of 10 tempura for a much cheaper omakase. Hello, are you telling me that I pay $600 more for 3 kinds of sashimi to trade for 6 tempura less???3. when asking how come tempura only has prawn, 2 kind of fish and 白子，and not scallop and abalone

3. when asking how come tempura only has prawn, 2 kind of fish and 白子，and not scallop and abalone which was right in front of the serving table, was told that we have been served the most expensive food already and if we want abalone, they can give us as additional for free. Hello, we are paying for the most expensive set and if abalone and scallop are not included, that's fine but definitely dont give us for free as 'charity'
3. The counter table was empty other than 3 of us and no one bothers to pour us wine
4. asked for the bill and the manager came back to say that they will only charge us for the wine but not the food as there might be some mis-understanding that we are so pissed. Hello, I am not asking for special favors but just want to enjoy dinner with family. Its not the $ that matters.
5. Insisted that I would pay for the full bill but this is the last time I would come here, for a dinner that cost $5,000 for 3 of us and so 受气
