New small restaurant found. Still going through soft opening. Operated by one young passionate chef. Simple food with complex flavor. Surprising my palate. Followed by this cauliflower with light fresh truffle touch. The Parma ham on top also make a nice touch to the cauliflower.

All starters so far are so good. Showing how much effort the chef put into the menu. Every little touch of the food made them not simple.
When we saw this, we were wondering what was it…
It’s slow cooked chicken. The herbs on top made this chicken refreshing.

We also had a steak. But forgot to take the picture.
This dessert also beautifully set. Not too heavy. The sweetness level is also nice😋😋.
