Came here for the first time for a Christmas dinner which kept me wanting to come back, so we did!3 adults, 1 child…we ordered a chicken salad, charcuterie, pork knuckle, and a 1/2 of mussels.Chicken salad ~ blue dressing was delish but the egg was overcooked and some of the chicken had that "frozen"meat taste to it.Charcuterie ~ bread was a bit too oily, meat was decent BUT some tasted like it was unwrapped in the fridge for too long…the "fridge" taste.Mussels were delish! Mussels were delish! This is the dish that makes me come back…loved the thick slice of bread and fries that comes along with it.
Pork knuckle is huge…it can feed 2~3 people for sure. Lots of meat with crispy skin ❤ however roasted veg were a little burnt…hmmm…actually quite burnt.
We also ordered 3 beers, loved the coconut beer! Perfect for those that don't like beers, it's more like a coconut cider.
Service was meh as in we booked a table 2 weeks ago but it wasn't registered, no menu was given until we asked, and only 2 menus for 4 people…but I'd still come back for mussels and fries! Some elements can be improved but overall, I love the venue and the atmosphere.
