After I have finished my soccer session at Southorn playground, I was feeling hungry thus I walked off first to grab my dinner, After walking for a couple of minutes, I saw this new shop selling laksa. Since i was a fan of laksa, I decided to walk in and tried. It was located at Johnston Road, around 4 minutes walk from Wanchai MTR.It served mainly laksa, offering different choices for it. Iced milk tea was smooth and fragrant, with light tea taste.
Signature seafood laksa - This was their signature dishes and it contained alot of ingredients. There were prawn, squid, fish cake, fish ball, beancurd and egg etc. As i can take spicy food, I requested for medium spicy. The soup was fiery red and was slightly spicy though. Seafood was fresh and juicy as well.
I requested for a stick of BBQ pork and chicken each. Both were juicy and soft, and the satay sauce helped to enhance the flavour of it,
Prawn toast - It was fried till soft and crispy , with a piece of prawn meat on top of it.
Salted egg sesame ball - Sesame ball was soft and crispy, and when i took a bite, the salted egg was lava and came flowing out. It was hot and flavourful.
