I ordered the seasonal special, Tokyo Seafood Tonkotsu which is priced at HKD$ 88. It is a tonkotsu based broth but added skipjack and scad fish into the broth to make an extremely savoury fish broth. The fish broth was amazing, with strong fish aroma and taste.
