K11 currently has 2 restaurants that serve a promotion meal at B2. One of them is the Pot Spot. The serving time is 1pm-2pm while stocks last. The lobster was lobster was springy and the crab roe sauce was aromatic. However, I felt they wasted the deep fried rice rolls by pouring the sauce on it, leaving it not as crunchy as it could be. Otherwise, it would have been a great dish.
