I have frequently passed by "Marouf Coffee" in TST countless times, and on each occasion, I noticed the bustling crowd of customers. On this visit, I decided to try the Vegan Poppy Seed Bagel Pumpkin Base with Cauliflower, accompanied by a delightful Raspberry Smoothie. The Vegan Poppy Seed Bagel had a delightful combination of a light, crispy exterior and a soft, chewy interior. Topped with a fried pumpkin and cauliflower croquette, it provided a wonderful blend of crispiness and creaminess. Overall, it was a truly delicious vegan option, and changed my opinion of vegan food.
As for the Raspberry Smoothie, it was a delightfully rich concoction. The raspberry flavor was pronounced, striking a perfect balance between sweetness and tanginess. Additionally, customers have the choice of enjoying it in either a dairy or non-dairy style.
The environment at "Marouf Coffee" is clean and inviting, providing a pleasant space to hang out for an entire day.
