Oysters fresh.Pork steak surprisingly JUICY and TENDER. The real tenderness really shocked me because it was the first time in almost 20 years I ate juicy pork chop ( last time in an old lical canteen near Soho). The apple tart gave the dinner a beautiful full stop! 😁
