It was my birthday celebration. The food was excellent!The whole piece of King Ludwig's Pork Knuckle served with a steel pan and server cut it into pieces in front of the table. You could hear the crispy sound of the pork knuckle. The meat was best with pickled vegetables on the pan. Pork skins were crunchy while part of them was too chewy to swallow.Sausage Combo was one of my favorite dishes of the night. The slim chicken sausage was top of my list, the pepper and herbs inside made it so well.

Last but not least, the side dish, the baked potato and potato bowl (with ribs). They were not the main dish but I love them. Baked potato was so fresh and cook right in the point. The surface was just before crispy without squeeze, while inside is well cook. The potato bowl mixed well-cooked potato with creamy sauce, so yummy!!!
It's relatively slow business day, the atmosphere was relax with live music. Our server SIMON was nice and helpful.
