The food court in Central Market offers a selection of reasonably priced eateries. Each of us could pick the one we like, order and sit together in the shared table seats. Wanted to have something simple and less heaty after CNY, so here’s a bowl of tomato crab soup with Vietnamese pho. Toppings were crab meats, two extra thinly sliced Vietnamese sausages and two mini shrimp balls. Very fresh ingredients and delicious tomato crab soup. Could barely taste any MSG so I think it’s pretty legit. The

There were a few bean sprouts and cilantros, and quite a lot of roes (not sure if they were shrimp roes or crab roes, or maybe a mixture of both) in the soup, which is a nice flavourful touch!
