We specifically went to this noodle shop 1 day before we went to Japan. My husband had the famous miso soup + butter ramen whiel I had the pork bone soup. Honestly speaking, the ramen were above average compared to other shops in HK. But yes, agreed with some other members, the soup was a bit too salty, esp. mine. And overall quality is still not comparable to what we had in Sapparo (Japan) on the next day.If I had no other choices, I may go there again.
